Enjoy watching visiting garden birds with this handmade wooden bird feeder. Its open feeding tray, raised edges and overhanging pitched roof create a compact feeding point for your outdoor space. The white and brown colour combination adds a rustic touch to gardens, patios and sheltered terraces.

A practical choice for gardeners, birdwatchers and families who enjoy observing wildlife, this feeder also makes a thoughtful birthday, Christmas or housewarming gift for a bird-loving friend.

KEY FEATURES

- Lightly painted white body beneath a brown wooden roof.
- Overhanging pitched roof provides overhead cover above the feeding tray.
- Open sides give birds access from different directions.
- Raised tray edges help contain bird food.
- Four corner supports connect the roof and feeding platform.
- Supplied hanging cord allows suspension from a suitable secure support.
- Accessible tray makes checking the contents and refilling straightforward.

APPEARANCE, MATERIAL AND FINISH

The feeder is made from wood and features a rectangular feeding platform, four upright supports and a pitched brown roof with projecting edges. A pale wooden strip runs along the roof ridge, with a red hanging cord attached at the top.

The white paint is thinly and unevenly applied, leaving areas of the underlying wood visible. Brush marks, small surface irregularities and differences in paint coverage contribute to its handmade appearance. The finish is rustic rather than a smooth, fully opaque white coating.

Low wooden edging surrounds the feeding platform. The open construction makes it straightforward to add food, inspect the tray and remove remaining contents before cleaning.
