Return period
You may return standard (non-customised) products within 14 calendar days from delivery.
Condition of returned goods
Items must be unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please pack safely.
Exclusions
Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Who pays return postage?
For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.
If an item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, we cover the costs or provide a prepaid label.
How to return – step by step:
1.Email us at sales@wooden-world.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2.We’ll reply with your return reference and instructions.
3.Send the parcel to:

4.Keep the proof of posting. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days from receiving the returned goods and are sent to the original payment method only.
Damaged or incomplete returns
If an item is used, damaged or incomplete, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the loss in value.
Parcel not received
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at sales@wooden-world.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

📦 Item not received?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sales@wooden-world.co.uk. We will immediately get in touch with the courier to locate your parcel. Please note that courier services may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
💥 Received a damaged item?
We're sorry! If your product arrived damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
↩️ Changed your mind?
No problem. You have the right to return any unused item within 14 days of delivery. Simply send it back at your own cost, and once received in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
⚠️ Received the wrong item or something’s not right?
We’ll fix it fast. Just contact us and let us know what went wrong — we’ll handle the rest. Your satisfaction is our priority!
