PRICING INFORMATION

The displayed 99p price is a starting price only and does not represent the final cost of a custom print. Every order is individually priced according to:

• Overall model dimensions

• Selected PLA or PETG material

• Estimated material consumption

• Number of colours

• Quantity required

• Printing time

• Model complexity

• Support material and preparation requirements

• Delivery destination

The final price will always be confirmed before a separate listing is created for the customer.

MATERIAL, COLOUR AND FINISH

Models can be printed in PLA or PETG. The best material depends on the design, intended application and required properties. Available colours may vary, so colour choices will be confirmed during the quotation process.

Depending on the model and current material availability, printing in up to five colours simultaneously may be possible. Some designs may require colour changes or may not be suitable for the full five-colour option.

The finished item will have the layered surface characteristic of FDM 3D printing. Layer lines, support contact points and small surface variations are normal features of this production method and are not manufacturing faults. The exact appearance, orientation and finish depend on the submitted model.

MODEL REQUIREMENTS

The customer must provide a complete, ready-to-print 3D model or a link to an existing model. This offer does not include creating a new model, converting drawings into a model, redesigning an existing file or making modifications to the supplied design.

If the model requires changes before it can be printed, we will inform the customer before accepting the order.

Dimensions and weight vary for every project and will be confirmed where relevant during the quotation process.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer must own the submitted model or have the necessary permission, licence or legal right to use and reproduce it. By supplying a file or model link, the customer confirms that the requested print does not infringe copyright, trademark, design rights or other intellectual property rights.

We may be unable to accept models that are unsuitable for the available printing process, technically impractical or restricted by applicable rules and regulations.

USE AND CARE

Use the finished item only for the purpose agreed during the quotation. Keep PLA prints away from high temperatures, open flames, hot appliances and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Clean printed items gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Do not place the item in a dishwasher unless this has been specifically agreed as suitable. Suitability for outdoor use, contact with food, high mechanical loads or safety-critical applications must be discussed before ordering.
